Responsibilities Monitor entrances and authorize entrance of patrons by checking photo identification. Report any suspicious behavior and incidents to Bar Manager. Respond to situations in a calm and timely manner. Provide assistance to employees/customers as needed. Submit incident reports. Secure all exits at closing. Qualifications Must be able to stand for long periods. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Excellent sense of judgment. Can stay alert at all times. Smart Choices certification is required. A criminal background check is required.
