Job Opportunity A key account manager is needed to work with existing small and medium business customers to upgrade their wireless phone services. This role requires strong verbal communication, active listening, and CRM navigation skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales or customer service. The job demands a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, with flexibility to create your own schedule between Monday and Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Additional hours worked beyond the minimum commitment can significantly increase commission earnings.
