About the Opportunity We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Performance Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for working with existing customers to upgrade and optimize their wireless phone services. Key Responsibilities Earn base pay + commission: $61K-$121K+ CAD per year based on performance. Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively consult with clients and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value. Create a flexible schedule between Monday and Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, to meet the needs of our business and clients. Schedule a minimum of 20 hours per week, anytime Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST, to ensure optimal client engagement. Requirements A strong track record of sales success and a proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. A high level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
