We currently have 8 centres located in Alberta, Atlantic Canada, Saskatchewan and Ontario that are able to serve up to 197 people who are struggling with substance addiction. We demonstrate Gods love by helping individuals become free from substance addiction and equipping them to live full and meaningful lives.Job Position DescriptionThe primary responsibility of the Centre Director is to provide accountability in achieving the mission of Teen Challenge Canada Inc. (TCC) by overseeing the quality and integrity of the Program. Responsibilities include ensuring full compliance with Teen Challenges Program Standards, working alongside key Program department staff members in order to achieve goals set for Occupancy and Graduation rates, leading a team that is focused on maintaining a Christ-centred Program where clients can heal and develop mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually.
