Job Description: Office AdministratorLocation: Toronto, ON, CanadaPosition Overview:We are looking for a proactive, motivated, and entrepreneurial Office Administrator to join our growing office in Toronto. This role will play a key part in managing administrative tasks and supporting various departments, contributing directly to the growth and efficiency of our local operations.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for daily administrative tasks, including receiving and tracking invoices to ensure proper distribution and recording.Maintain effective communication and coordination with service and product providers.Support payroll processes, including gathering necessary information and collaborating with the HR team.Participate in onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth experience for new hires and departing employees.Maintain confidential HR and compliance records in line with data protection and company policyEnsure compliance with internal policies and local regulations.Provide administrative support to the HR team and coordinate with IT for technology-related needs.Work with HR when required to coordinate interviews with candidates Support the execution of office activities and events, ensuring smooth operations and successful coordination.Coordinate client & senior leadership visits, including planning, logistics, and hospitality arrangements to create a positive experience.Monitor and track local regulatory deadlines, ensuring timely submissions and reportingSupport internal and external audits by collating evidence, coordinating responses, and ensuring records are up to dateQualifications:Bachelors degree in business administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field from an accredited university is preferred but not required.
