Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and handson Financial Controller / Accounting Manager to oversee all aspects of financial management at CFT Recycling. This is a critical leadership role responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and internal controls, while leading and developing our accounting team. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong people skills, proven financial expertise, and the ability to provide strategic insights that support the companys growth and success. This role offers a salary range of $110,000$150,000, based on skills and experience.
