We are currently looking for a Media Sales Strategist to join our Calgary team! This position reports to the General Sales Manager . Represent two of the most exciting stations in Calgary XL103 the iconic classic hits radio station, one of the most popular choices on the dial, plus 90.3 AMP Radio , the #1 Hit Music station in the city. Youll have the opportunity to harness the power of these popular stations, while also representing all Stingray Radio stations from Vancouver to St. Johns, unlocking vast sales potential across a nationwide network ! Leverage a diverse range of media solutions including radio, programmatic display, programmatic video, connected TV, digital out -of-home, YouTube, search, social, and our proprietary retail media platform to help clients grow and succeed. Own the full sales process: from lead generation and prospecting to client needs analysis, solution presentation, negotiation, and closing. Drive revenue growth and achieve revenue targets through consultative sales and development of strategic proposals. Manage and grow your client base while identifying new business opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams (promotions, programming, creative, production, digital campaign managers) to deliver impactful, multi -platform advertising campaigns. 2+ years of in -person, consultative B2B sales or account management experience (experience in multi -media advertising or digital media is a plus). Youve consistently achieved and exceeded sales targets. You are an excellent communicator, presenter, and negotiator. You build strong, lasting relationships while maintaining professionalism. You are well -organized, accountable, and skilled at managing time and competing priorities in a fast -paced environment. You thrive in a changing environment and approach challenges with a positive, consultative, and optimistic mindset. You are a Calgary resident with a valid drivers license, access to a vehicle, and valid vehicle insurance.
