Ce rle de leadership est essentiel pour grer et dvelopper les relations avec nos clients les plus importants, stimuler la croissance des revenus et garantir la satisfaction des clients. Votre impact tablir et maintenir des relations solides et durables avec les clients cls, y compris les cadres dirigeants. Dvelopper et excuter des plans stratgiques pour atteindre les objectifs de revenus et satisfaire les attentes des clients. Identifier et saisir de nouvelles opportunits commerciales au sein des comptes existants, y compris la vente additionnelle et croise. Collaborer avec les quipes internes (ventes, marketing, oprations, etc.) pour rpondre aux besoins des clients et fournir des solutions efficaces. Suivre la performance des comptes, analyser les indicateurs cls et fournir des rapports rguliers au Directeur des comptes cls. Ngocier les contrats et accords avec les comptes cls, rdiger des propositions tarifaires et garantir la rentabilit et le bnfice mutuel. Grer les proccupations des clients et rsoudre les problmes afin dassurer leur satisfaction et leur fidlisation. Se tenir inform des tendances du secteur, des activits des concurrents et des conditions du march pour identifier les risques et opportunits. Ce que vous apporterez lquipe Exigences Diplme universitaire en sciences animales, en commerce ou dans une discipline connexe. Minimum de 5 ans dexprience en ventes et/ou marketing ou dans un domaine connexe, dmontrant une expertise. Au moins 2 ans dexprience en leadership avec des ralisations avres. Exprience en sant animale requise. Matrise de Microsoft Office, y compris Word, Excel et PowerPoint. Permis de conduire valide. Disponibilit pour des dplacements frquents avec nuites (35%). Matrise du franais et de langlais. La matrise de langlais est requise pour les communications avec les parties prenantes l'extrieur du Qubec ainsi que la haute direction au niveau global. This leadership role is pivotal in managing and developing relationships with our most important clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. How You'll Make an Impact Build and maintain strong, longterm relationships with key clients, including Csuite executives. Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet revenue targets and achieve client objectives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, including upselling and crossselling. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure client needs are met and solutions are delivered effectively. Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to the Key Account Director. Negotiate contracts and agreements with key accounts, write pricing proposals, and ensure profitability and mutual benefit. Address client concerns and resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify potential risks and opportunities. What You'll Bring to the Team Required Hold a bachelors degree in animal science, Business, or a related discipline. Minimum of 5 years of sales and/or marketing or related experience, demonstrating expertise. At least two years of leadership experience with demonstrated accomplishments. Experience with Animal Health required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. A valid drivers license. Availability for extensive overnight travel (35%). Language requirements English and French. An advanced level of English proficiency is required for communications with stakeholders outside of Quebec as well as senior management at a global level.
