About the role We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in process and energy industry to lead and oversee projects, manage quality, safety and efficiency, and collaborate with peers and senior leaders to deliver results. Key Responsibilities Customer relationship management and satisfaction Manage scope, cost, schedule, change control and quality in a fastpaced environment Accountable for project financials and reporting Engage with Business Development and Sales personnel to produce quality proposals Provide leadership for the lifecycle of a project from FEED to closeout Accountable for engineering and design resources to ensure project scope is met Influence project stakeholders to produce results in the best interest of the Customer and Paton Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders Qualifications & Skills Degree in Engineering, Project Management or related field Strong knowledge of project management processes and excellent customer interface skills 10+ years of experience in Oil and Gas, Petrochemical or process industry Effective team leadership and coordination of multidisciplinary project teams Project planning/execution skills to ensure safety, cost and schedule Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera) Strong collaborative skills and alignment with industry standards and company standards What we offer Competitive base salary of $80,000$150,000 per year.
