The Manager will lead the team, ensure high quality food and service, and help maintain our reputation for excellence. Responsibilities Lead and supervise front and backofhouse staff. Maintain high standards of food quality and customer service. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist in menu planning, inventory management, and scheduling.
