Join TD as a Relationship Manager (Role ID: 120) in Ottawa, Ontario. The role focuses on delivering a superior customer experience while driving profitable business growth in the Personal & Commercial Banking division. **Location**: Ottawa, Ontario, Canada **Hours**: 37.5 per week **Line of Business**: Personal & Commercial Banking **Compensation**: $91,200 - $136,800 CAD (Base salary, variable components and benefits included) Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service in every interaction and continuously improve the overall customer experience. Own all aspects of relationship management for an assigned portfolio, building new relationships and deepening existing ones for credit and noncredit products and services. Act as a confident business banker, providing creative solutions that meet customers needs. Utilize sales platforms to gain a robust understanding of customers target needs, industries, and markets. Assess customers operating environments, structure unique financing solutions and manage cash flow needs. Maintain indepth knowledge of market trends, customers and broader economic factors to add value and mitigate risk. Develop and maintain centreofinfluence strategies and relationships. Identify referral opportunities to internal bank partners and external clients that align with risk profiles. Represent and promote the TDGlobal Banking brand through networking and community engagement. Meet or exceed business targets and contribute to credit quality through sound risk assessment and compliance. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to provide integrated solutions and support transactional management. Support a positive, inclusive work environment, mentor peers, and share industry knowledge. Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree (or equivalent). Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in commercial or business banking. Strong understanding of credit, financing, and cashmanagement products. Proven ability to build strategic relationships and close complex business deals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated commitment to compliance, regulatory, and riskmanagement standards.
