We are seeking a Pharmacy Category Manager for this hybrid role that requires three days in the office per week. Responsibilities Drive profitability and attain all financial targets Manage Brand Rx, BTC, Diabetes, Vaccines and Pharmacy Supplies categories Lead category strategy, tactics and utilization of KCM Develop and execute forecasts to meet financial targets Conduct annual review and management of core agreements Coordinate retail pricing & partner with leadership for category performance Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing and Pharmacy Programs on promotional plans and placement strategies Manage product life cycle, pricing, promotion and vendor relations Identify and implement category opportunities through customer insight, market analysis and store visits Control inventory levels and optimize category performance with new and innovative products Negotiate vendor contracts and manage relationship & investment strategies Lead and develop direct reports: selection, training, performance management and succession planning Create a coaching culture for store employees Qualifications Undergraduate Degree Minimum of 8 years relevant experience in retail category management Knowledge of retail merchandising management and product performance systems Experience with SAP and MS Excel Retail operations and/or merchandising experience preferred Job Offer Information Location: Dartmouth, New Brunswick Work location: On site Salary: $20.00 to $77.00 hourly Employment: Permanent, Full time Start date: As soon as possible #J-18808-Ljbffr
