Description The Department of Chemical and Petroleum Engineering at the Schulich School of Engineering, University of Calgary, invites applications for a Sessional Instructor to teach ENGG 681 (Engineering Tools) in the Winter 2026 term. The course will be delivered inperson. ENGG 681 Course Description The theory and use of numerical computational procedures to solve engineering problems. ENGG 681 Course Schedule (Winter 2026) Lectures: Tuesdays/Thursdays 02:00 03:15 PM Labs: Wednesdays 03:00 04:50 PM Qualifications Graduate degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline. Demonstrated background in subject matter relevant to the course. Experience teaching process design to undergraduates and/or graduate students in a chemical engineering program (asset). Substantial industry experience in process engineering. Active P.Eng. designation through APEGA or another Canadian provincial or territorial engineering regulator.
