Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with a strong background in manufacturing projects, especially within the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or food industries. The ideal candidate will have robust knowledge and experience with manufacturing equipment such as pumps, pipelines, tanks, and mixers. This role requires a solid technical foundation in engineering design, the ability to interpret technical drawings, and a comprehensive understanding of quality systems and GMPs. The successful candidate will drive project execution, ensuring alignment with industry regulations and quality standards. Responsibilities Lead and manage cross-functional manufacturing projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget. Coordinate the installation, integration, and optimization of manufacturing equipment including pumps, tanks, mixers, and piping systems. Interpret and review engineering drawings and ensure designs meet project and regulatory requirements. Liaise with vendors and automation suppliers, conveying project philosophy and overseeing implementation without requiring direct programming or automation development. Oversee quality systems implementation, ensuring compliance with GMPs and industry standards. Manage change control processes and validation systems relevant to cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or food manufacturing environments. Report project status and key milestones to stakeholders and senior management. Ensure adherence to manufacturing and quality procedures, promptly addressing any compliance or process issues. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, or Process Engineering. 3/4 years of proven experience in project management in manufacturing environments, specifically in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or food industries. In-depth experience with manufacturing equipment (pumps, pipelines, tanks, mixers). Strong technical foundation in engineering design; proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings. Solid understanding of industrial quality systems and practical knowledge of GMPs. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. Experience with project management processes and tools relevant to manufacturing industries. Desired Qualifications Professional experience in chemical, cream, liquid, or consumable product manufacturing settings. Working knowledge of electricity and control systems (not as a programmer but with the capacity to manage and coordinate automation projects with suppliers). Demonstrated ability to communicate project philosophies and automation concepts to crossfunctional teams and suppliers. Familiarity with specific processes and systems used in the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or food sectors. Experience delivering projects under strict regulatory and quality requirements. Strong organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Note Experience in the automotive or unrelated industries will not be considered for this position.
