INTEGRITY.** **BURNCO** is currently hiring a **Part-Time** **Admin Coordinator** for our Ready-Mix operations in **Lethbridge, Alberta.** Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be providing day-to-day admin support, as well, as general office duties. **We offer great benefits and more:** - Highly Competitive Wages. - High Quality Individuals and Teams to Work With. - Strong Safety Culture. **What You Will Be Doing** - Complete and distribute purchase orders and invoices for payment. - Follow up calls to Vendors for purchase order tracing. - Contact customers for outstanding invoices. - Prepare employee expense reports. - Answer phones. - Prepare and submit monthly and weekly reports. - Maintain inventory of office/safety supplies and order supplies as required. - Filing as required. - General office cleaning. - Other duties as may be assigned from time to time. **What We Need from You** - Strong work ethic and positive team attitude. - Experience working with concrete is an asset. - Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills. - Exceptional conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills. - Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment. - Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing. - Able to work well under pressure, in a busy environment. - Strong attention to detail. - Computer literate, including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. - Willing to train the right candidate.
