Kieswetter values hardworking, hands-on workers who take pride in getting the job done right. What You'll Do Lead crews on-site, guiding sewer and watermain projects from start to finish. Coordinate tasks and manage daily operations to ensure everything runs smoothly and meets the highest standards. Inspect and monitor job sites regularly to maintain safety, address challenges, and ensure deadlines are met. Work closely with project managers and estimators to identify and resolve any deficiencies during the project. Train and mentor your crew, ensuring continuous improvement and skill development. What Were Looking For At least 5 years of experience in sewer and watermain construction, including 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of construction practices and safety regulations. The ability to read blueprints and project specifications with strong attention to detail. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a focus on motivating teams. Problem-solving skills to tackle on-site challenges effectively. A valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
