Job Scope:Keeps inventory control managers promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance.Fosters a cooperative and harmonious working climate conducive to maximizing employee morale and productivity. Takes periodic physical inventories and ensures that the investment in inventory is maintained at optimum levels. Authorizes adjustments made to the inventory and investigates the inventory issues like quality control complaints, customer complaints regarding products. Owns the reconciliation process; ensuring all reconciles are completed with care and accuracy. Establishes and executes cycle count schedule in compliance with the corporate accounting objectives ensuring KPIs are always met & on track.Training and retraining team members on best practices while cycle counting. Completes and Investigates claims, i.e., shortages as well as overages and all related adjustments.Maintains the cycle count records so that it can be reviewed by the management and provides the reports related to cycle count activity.
