To see our one-of-a-kind projects, visit we are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join our growing team.This is a crucial role that will be responsible for the end-to-end management and strategic evolution of our supply chain. The ideal candidate is a proactive and analytical leader who can optimize our sourcing, logistics, and inventory processes to support our ambitious growth plans. The role of this team member is best suited to someone who has experience with supply chain development within the custom manufacturing industry, is action-oriented, hands on, and is comfortable working outside the box; our playgrounds dont fit within regular building code categories.The role:Partner with senior leadership to optimize the current supply chain strategy, aligning with Earthscape Plays business goals, focusing on efficiency, cost-effectiveness and qualityCollaborate with senior leadership and support the planning and execution of departmental workflows, accountabilities, and goals for supply chain staff on daily and weekly basisOversee the sourcing and procurement of all raw materials, including timber and specialized play components. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality materialsManage cross-border purchasing considerations, including the calculation and management of customs and duties (both inbound and outbound), and ongoing coordination with customs brokers to ensure compliance and minimize delaysDirectly manage inventory levels, determining optimal reorder points and quantities. Oversee the physical verification of stock through ongoing cycle counting processes and the successful management of an annual physical countManage and optimize the logistics of material inbound and outbound shipments, both domestically and internationally.
