Job Overview As a Sales Consultant, you will engage with existing customers to upgrade and optimize their wireless services. You will consult with clients through calls, identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value. This role requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, scheduled anytime Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST. Working additional hours will significantly increase commission earnings. Proficient in navigating multiple CRM systems simultaneously. Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills. Applies proven sales and retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value. Experienced in B2B telecommunications sales. Strong organizational and time management skills. Demonstrated ability to manage a structured sales process in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Consult with clients to identify opportunities for service upgrades. Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize customer lifetime value. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
