We ensure our clients can achieve their strategic goals and drive sustainable growth.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role (primarily remote with occasional travel to client site) for a Change Management Specialist located in Calgary, AB. The Change Management Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing change management strategies for ERP implementations. Day-to-day tasks include conducting impact assessment, identifying key stakeholders, facilitating communication, leading training strategies and plans. The role involves engaging with various teams to ensure smooth transitions to operations, organizational readiness to support the successful implementation of ERP systems.QualificationsMinimum 3 to 5 years of experience in organizational change management on large-scale technology-enabled transformation projects.Experience in change management in the implementation of new service delivery models.Experience working with tier 1 system integrators (Big 4 consulting companies) and tier 1 ERP systems (Workday, Oracle Cloud, SAP, SuccessFactors, UKG, Microsoft Dynamics, or others) implementation.Change management experience in the municipal/public sector is a plus.Experience in end-user training, training documentation, and measuring the effectiveness of change strategies.Analytical Skills and Business Transformation experience.Effective Communication and Stakeholder Management abilities.Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.Proven ability to facilitate change management activities through high-functioning teams.Stakeholder management, communications, leadership coaching, and facilitation.Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.Relevant certifications in Change Management, Prosci, CCMP, or other related training and certifications.
