About the Role As part of the Partner Go-To-Market team within the GPO, the Senior Partner Executive will lead joint business development with Our Partners in Canada aligned to the Workday sales organization. Responsibilities Lead joint business development initiatives with Canadian partners in alignment with the Workday sales organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute partner GTM motions. Drive pipeline generation and bookings through partner engagements consistent with regional strategy. Influence partner and sales organizations in matrixed environments to achieve shared goals. Represent Workday in partner ecosystems and maintain strong partner relationships. Qualifications Basic Qualifications : 5+ years of professional experience in Partner Alliances with an ERP software organization; 3+ years in Business Development or Sales Strategy for a Partner Alliances team. Other Qualifications : Experience collaborating with GSIs or Regional SIs. Sales experience, direct and indirect, in HCM, ERP, and business applications in mid-market segments. Proven ability to work across matrixed organizations and influence sales organizations and partner GTM motions. Cloud technology, data analytics, API and platform experience; proven pipeline generation and bookings. Vision for partners within their area of influence and ability to communicate that vision broadly. Industry experience in Financial Services, Professional Services, Tech, or Retail. Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce; MBA a plus. Location: Greater Toronto Area; moderate travel: 10-25%.
