Were currently looking for a Salesforce Administrator & Data Analyst to join our team. As part of the Automation and Business Intelligence team, this role is focused on supporting and optimizing our Salesforce platform, as well as conducting data analysis using data analytics. It reports to the Manager, Automation and Business Intelligence. If you are passionate about your community, aspire to make an impact, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to make a difference, then were looking for you!What you will doSalesforce Systems ManagementManage Salesforce CRM including user access, permissions, duplicate rules, custom objects, and simple automations.Support data management tasks, including imports, exports, and data cleansing.Integrate campaign and donor data across systems, Salesforce, AtWork, and online donation platforms.Help maintain dashboards, reports, and custom objects to support business processes.Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and implement basic Salesforce enhancements.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users, addressing their inquiries and resolving any system-related issues.Assist with documentation of processes, workflows, and system changes.Participate in testing and deployment of Salesforce updates and new features.Reporting and AnalyticsCreate and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce CRM for campaign performance, donor engagement, and revenue analysis.Provide relevant data-related reports for decision-making, action planning, and continuous improvement.Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets and communicate insights and findings from analysis.Proactively analyze data to answer key questions from stakeholders.What you will bring Experience:Bachelors degree in a relevant field and three (3) years of experienceBasic understanding of Salesforce or relevant CRM platformsSalesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification is a plusKnowledge of PowerBI and other data analysis tools is an assetGood communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsComfortable with reporting, dashboards, and basic data manipulation Attributes: Strong analytical skills. Ability to draw insightful conclusions from large amounts of quantitative and qualitative data.Strong communication and customer relation skillsDemonstrated ability to manage the scope, requirements, deliverables, timeline and resource needs of complex, multi stakeholder projectsDetail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to deal with situations where information is difficult to obtain, complex, and/or ambiguousFlexible self-starter who works well with little supervision and strong ownership of the workStrong technical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project)Work EnvironmentOur team values the flexibility that hybrid work offers, while also recognizing the importance of in-person collaboration.
