THE ROLES Support the Service Counter team to enable efficient and elevated experiences Support the Atelier team to enable Everyday Luxury experiences Curate our merchandise and support a seamless retail environment As a Style Advisor Sell clothes and build client confidence through styling expertise Create meaningful, memorable experiences for clients Build deep, personalized connections to enhance loyalty As a Service Advisor Welcome clients and direct them to the appropriate Service Counter Prepare products for processing Process transactions efficiently and accurately Package products to create an Everyday Luxury opening experience Support operations at the Service Counter As an Inventory Associate Process shipments accurately for the DC, boutiques, and clients Place products strategically in the backroom Maintain product display standards Support cross-channel shopping experiences Ensure seamless operations across Clients, Product, Space, Risk, and Operations As a Merchandiser Process shipments efficiently and accurately Place products on the sales floor strategically Translate product stories in boutiques Validate display standards Support seamless cross-channel shopping experiences Support all aspects of boutique operations THE QUALIFICATIONS An aspirational sense of individual style Commitment to learning and applying Aritzia's Values and Leadership principles Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Focus on quality and results that add value THE COMPENSATION The typical range for this position is $20-$30 CAD per hour.
