A local custom home and renovation company is looking for a motivated and experienced construction professional to join the team and take the lead on managing projects from start to finish. About the Role, Benefits & Perks: Wage Range: $50 to $60 per hour depending on experience Extended Health Care Benefits Transportation allowance The Perfect Candidate: Completion of college or technical training in construction (or equivalent experience) Hands-on experience in the construction industry Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills Ability to troubleshoot, solve problems, and keep projects moving forward Word & Excel knowledge Responsibilities Include: Planning and directing daily operations, developing construction schedules, and ensuring milestones are met on time. Work closely with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, building strong relationships and keeping everyone aligned. Overseeing site crews and managing budgets, resources, and change control, to ensure projects running smoothly and efficiently. Taking the lead on quality control, procurement of materials, and coordinating subcontractors, while making sure all documentation and filing systems are kept up to date.
