Responsibilities Build Custom GPTs with Actions integration Design and develop End-2-End API-driven solutions to be leveraged within custom GPT as Actions Assess product capabilities by carrying out proof-of-concepts and research. Build dashboards in Power BI as per requirements Act as a technical expert to guide staff members on their automation ideas development and deployment. Coaching support to build Custom GPT and Power Automate use cases Support office hours and other sessions Carry out automation and Custom GPT review before deployment. Validate environment setup and roles, and guide others on how to perform it. Coordinate with Platform and product teams to propagate delivery and infrastructure-related items. Requirements 2+ year of hands-on experience building chatbots or GenAI agents leveraging Enterprise ChatGPT(Custom GPTs) or Copilot Studio. Custom GPT development experience is mandatory. Expertise in API design and development (RESTful, SOAP) and security (OAuth2.0, OpenID Connect). Experience with API design tools (Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman, Kong).
