This role demands a strong blend of delivery leadership, stakeholder management, and deep SAP expertise. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with CloudLabs quality standards.Area Responsibilities:Account Management:Manage key client accounts, building long-term trusted relationships.Drive account growth by identifying new opportunities within existing clients.Act as a single point of contact for client communications, escalations, and governance.Lead end-to-end project delivery across SAP initiatives, ensuring successful execution of project scope, schedule, and budget.Project Delivery:Oversee project teams (onsite/offshore) and ensure adherence to delivery methodologies and best practices.Manage risk, issue resolution, and change control processes effectively.Engage with client leadership, internal teams, and CloudLabs executives to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.Stakeholder Management:Provide timely project status updates, dashboards, and executive summaries to stakeholders.Facilitate steering committee meetings and review sessions.Technical/Functional Oversight:Leverage SAP functional and/or technical expertise to guide project teams and ensure solution quality.Support in scoping, estimating, and architecting SAP solutions.Ensure compliance with SAP and CloudLabs delivery standards.Mentor and guide delivery leads and consultants to drive performance excellence.Leadership & Governance:Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes and methodologies.Support pre-sales and proposal development as required.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Masters preferred).10+ years of overall SAP experience, with at least 5+ years in a Delivery Manager / Account Lead / Senior Manager role.Proven experience managing SAP implementation or support projects with distributed teams.Strong understanding of SAP functional or technical domains (S/4HANA preferred).Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and deliver large, complex engagements.Must be a Canadian citizen or hold a valid B1/B2 U.S. visa to enable short-notice travel to client locations when required.
