Come join our expanding TRAXX Coachlines team! We're hiring a Full-time Site Supervisor to support our operations team in Williams Lake, BC . This role plays a key part in the company's expansion and growth through its local subsidiaries. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Safety Lead by example and ensure compliance with TRAXX and site-specific safety standards and requirements. Support site safety personnel with administrative needs and reporting. Administration Prepare daily driver trip sheets, packages, route maps, and passenger counts. Track KPIs and provide accurate reporting to support operational decision-making. Organize fleet and driver pool for scheduled routes. Collaborate with Operations Manager and Dispatch on personnel changes, absenteeism, or replacement. Ensure service delays, accidents, or breakdowns are accurately recorded and communicated. Respond to system emergencies, investigate, and complete reports for accidents, incidents, and customer complaints. Communicate announcements to the team and lead monthly department meetings with Call Center staff. Operations Identify innovative ideas to support operational excellence, including finding new and better ways to utilize assets and people to drive efficiency and reduce costs. Maintain confidentiality of all information. Ensure consistent application of policies, procedures, and standards, with a personal focus on safety. Provide support for day-to-day operational needs in case of call-outs or staff shortage. Inform the Operations Manager and Maintenance Department of field-level requirements. On an emergency basis, be prepared to drive a motor coach when operational needs require. People Coach and mentor drivers on schedules, job execution, and safety practices. Serve as the field point-of-contact for driving personnel during daily operations. Assist field trainers with scheduling, coordinating, and delivering training as required. Provide supervisory support in scheduling and managing people effectively. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE 3-5 years of experience within the industrial, logistics, supply chain, transportation, or related industry. Valid Class 2 Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract . Previous experience driving motor coaches (MCs). Familiarity with GPS, logbooks, and dispatching systems/software . Experience in dispatching and coordinating operations. Strong supervisory background, including scheduling and people management. Proficient computer skills to utilize Microsoft Office and safety reporting systems/documentation. Strong verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and team building competencies. Commitment to a problem-solving approach. Strong organizational skills and proven ability to multi-task and prioritize within tight timelines. Self-directed, flexible, conscientious, positive work ethic & highly motivated.
