Position Overview Assists in maintaining excellent public relations and customer service with all guests and employees of the Casino. The Casino Ambassador carries out players club activities, coat check as well as an involvement in various marketing and promotional activities while complying with the safety and security standards of the company as well as established departmental policies and procedures. The Casino Ambassador must adhere to the AGLC terms and conditions and maintain the upmost confidentiality at all times. Education And Experience High school diploma or equivalent, preference will be given to applicants with previous marketing/customer service experience Using computer hardware and software provided, process players club transactions including, but not limited to; signing up new members, issuing point redemptions vouchers or other vouchers to members, completing paperwork, distributing coupons or other materials, reviewing, updating and saving member data as needed Using superior customer skills, welcome, meet and greet guests of the Casino, build working relationships accordingly, answer enquiries and provide information to deliver exemplary service levels at all times Remain fully aware of the sites operation and the amenities and services provided along with promotion and marketing initiatives at all times Cash handling/POS/computer experience an asset Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills; strong verbal and written communication skills are required as well as attention to detail Ability to work and thrive in a team oriented environment, and be able to function independently also Ability to work in a physically demanding area and be familiar with a high-volume, fast-paced, multi-tasking environment Must be available for shift-work, be able to stand for long periods of time We thank all applicants, however, only those considered for an interview will be contacted.
