Duties and Responsibilities Collecting, reviewing and filing documentation for batch production and quality systems. Working with Operations employees to correct documentation or address document deficiencies. Preparing batches for final release and completing batch release procedures. Drafting, reviewing and editing standard operating procedures. Carefully maintaining digital and paper records of the Quality Department. Inspecting and releasing incoming materials. Performing product final release inspections. Preparing samples, documentation and coordinating shipping with Supply Chain team and external vendors. Conducting non-conformance and corrective action investigations. Contributing to the overall goals of the Quality Department by engaging in project discussions and group troubleshooting. Assisting the Operations Department as needed. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Experience working in a regulated production environment. Strong organizational skills. Excellent attention to detail. Strong critical thinking skills . Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships. Clear written communication skills. Ability to work productively in a team environment. Demonstrates initiative and consistently completes routine tasks independently. Familiarity with quality management systems is an asset.
