Weir ESCO / Motion Metrics North America is seeking a highly motivated salesperson to grow our mining business in North America. This is a remote role with travel as needed, supporting a state-of-the-art team as we scale operations over the coming years. Key Responsibilities Sales Management Own accounts and mining customers with defined targets and incentives. Customers range from production staff to mine managers and mining executives. Versatility and adaptability are essential. Account Management Act as the front-facing contact with assigned customers; actively manage issues to build trust with customers and the team. Collaboration Work remotely with a global team to support growth initiatives and coordinate across offices. Safety First Demonstrate 100% commitment to zero-harm behaviors in support of a world-class safety culture. Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications Sales Experience Strong business acumen through years of sales and account management experience; executive-level mining contacts are advantageous. Mining Technical Background Knowledge of mining operations; mining engineering or significant mining experience is required. Logistical Willingness to travel extensively across North America; valid passport required. Coach and Mentor Ability to coach, provide feedback, and develop a team in a rapidly changing environment.
