The student will gain exposure to realworld projects, including well summaries, project offset analyses, and technical program and proposal development, while contributing to the accuracy and quality of deliverables. The student will be part of a collaborative, dynamic team that works closely with Sales and Operations through the planning, execution, and review of drilling fluid projects. The environment is fastpaced and deadlinedriven, with supportive colleagues who value teamwork, learning, and proactive problemsolving. Key responsibilities Be familiar with roles & responsibilities within the Fluids Technical group and participate as required. Prepare well summaries/recaps and project reviews as required. Effectively liaise and communicate with the Sales, Operations and Management teams to gather the critical information required for highquality and timely deliverables. Assist with ideas and development of new or improved technical processes. Review, track, and prioritize task requests. Organizing and filing jobrelated documents accordingly. Requirements Actively enrolled in an undergraduate degree or diploma program and returning to studies following the work term; Engineering Sciences or Engineering Technology is preferred. Strong computer and data analysis skills, with proficiency in Excel and familiarity with tools like Power BI. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Demonstrated problem solving and analytical thinking, with initiative to take on new challenges. Adaptable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
