Affinity, Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Canada Business Analyst Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales & Service CRM Affinity is seeking a qualified Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales and Service CRM Business Analyst resource to support the eCRM Program and meet Government requirements. The role follows an AgileIterative delivery approach. Seniority level: MidSenior level Employment type: Contract Job function: Information Technology Industries: IT Services and IT Consulting Responsibilities Work jointly with the Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales and Service CRM Program team to ensure CRM concepts are leveraged with configuration where possible, delivering quality software that meets client requirements. Conduct, lead, and support interviews and analysis with multiple stakeholders to gather user requirements, following the Governments AgileIterative methodology via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow analysis, use cases, scenarios, and other methods. Collaborate with internal Government BAs, QAs, and Developers to ensure requirements move into Build/Release. Leverage Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales and Service CRM knowledge to identify opportunities for process improvements and reengineering aligned to the platform, reducing customization and maximizing reuse. Provide indepth knowledge of CRM modules to address requirements with minimal customization. Translate business requirements into CRM functional specifications and user stories in MS Azure DevOps to support delivery of an eCRM in a composable architecture environment. Maintain all documentation as changes are introduced. Create iteration release notes. Develop user manuals, deliver training sessions, and provide support to ensure highend user adoption. Coaching, mentoring and knowledge transfer to ITSS team members for eCRM. Provide requirements for data migration from various source systems to the Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales and Service eCRM. Develop and conduct reviews to ensure requirement specifications are correctly interpreted. Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications verbally or through written documentation to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders. Support Quality Assurance, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, and postproduction functional support. Support data migration activities. Perform other duties as assigned by Government. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a complex environment. Minimum of 2 years experience working with CRM systems (Oracle Sales & Service Fusion Cloud, MS D365, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), with Oracle Sales and Service Fusion Cloud preferred. Experience gathering CRM requirements (contact, account, case, service request, work order). Strong business background or solid IT understanding, with a relevant degree in business or IT. Ability to work in a dynamic environment, establish priorities, and meet tight deadlines. Experience in an AgileIterative environment following AgileIterative methodology. Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills; ability to interact professionally with executives, managers, and subject matter experts. Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and creative problemsolving skills. Additional Experience (considered an asset) Experience working with government organizations. Oracle Sales and Service Fusion Cloud CRM Certification. Oracle Sales and Service Fusion Cloud CRM knowledge. Experience working with DevOps.
