What Youll Do As a Shift Nurse, youll play a hands-on role in the community, visiting clients in schools and homes to deliver personalized, high-quality care. Your responsibilities will include: Providing clinical care tailored to each clients needs, including: Pediatric care (school & home) Palliative care Wound care IV therapy Chronic disease management and health teaching Supporting clients with tracheostomy and/or ventilator needs (experience is an asset) Managing diabetes care (experience is an asset) Prioritizing care time over travel time with efficient scheduling Why Bayshore?
