As a Sales/ Leasing Consultant you will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting potential customers, and assisting customers on and off the lot. The primary focus will be on selling our inventory of high-quality vehicles to individuals and businesses. This includes: Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase vehicle features and benefits Follow up with leads and customers to maintain relationships and repeat business Stay up to date on industry trends, market conditions and competitive offerings Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals set by the company Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Previous experience in automotive sales is a plus, but not mandatory Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Why Mainline Motors?
