Overview PHYT-Physiotherapist role at Lifemark Health Group located in Collingwood Chartwell Balmoral. Schedule is 3 hours per week plus private services. Key Impact As a Lifemark physiotherapist, youll empower individuals to overcome challenges, improve mobility, and achieve health goals. Youll serve as an educator, motivator, and problemsolver, meeting patients where they are and delivering patientcentered care. Responsibilities Develop personalized, evidenceinformed care plans to support individual rehabilitation and wellness goals. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patientcentric care and achieve optimal outcomes. Build the next generation through mentorship and leadership (as assigned). Stay current with best practices through continuous learning and professional development. Utilize modern tools, including echarting and digital communication, to streamline workflow. Partner with therapy assistants and kinesiologists to maximize clinical impact. Educate patients and families on recovery, prevention, and selfmanagement strategies. Qualifications Active license in good standing with your provincial regulatory college. Professional liability insurance (as required). Exceptional interpersonal skills and a patientfirst mindset. Enthusiasm for mentoring, participating in clinic events, and sharing knowledge. 12+ years of outpatient clinic experience (preferred; new grads with provisional licenses encouraged). Ability to thrive in a collaborative, teamoriented environment. ADP authorization is mandatory or will be an asset. Valid Vulnerable Sector screening check within 6 months. Proof of Tuberculin (2Step Mantoux Test) clearance.
