As a Fresh Department Manager , youll be at the heart of our mission to deliver freshness, quality, and friendly service every day. Youll ensure our displays are vibrant, our products meet the highest standards, and our team works together to create an enjoyable shopping experience. Tasks and Responsibilities Supervise and coach staff to maintain high productivity and morale. Oversee stock rotation, inventory, and ordering to ensure product freshness. Uphold all food safety and hygiene regulations. Design appealing product displays and merchandising layouts to boost sales. Analyze sales trends and collaborate with management to achieve targets. Required Skills and Knowledge Success in this role requires leadership, clear communication, and a passion for fresh, high-quality food. Youll bring experience in grocery retail or food service, and a solid understanding of safety standards. Your ability to manage both people and product flow will make you a key part of our success. Strong leadership and motivational skills. Excellent communication and customer service. Deep understanding of food safety and sanitation rules. Experience with inventory control and cost management.
