Position Role: Mobile Mortgage Specialist (Sales). Location: Kitchener, Ontario, Canada. Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Type: Fulltime. Seniority Level: Entry level. Compensation Competitive base salary (subject to experience, qualifications and location). Commission package with unlimited earnings potential. Responsibilities Develop and maintain customer relationships; target referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners and other centers of influence. Build sales skills and credit knowledge through targeted training; integrate into TD's employeefocused corporate culture. Work closely with your Sales Manager; conduct joint sales calls and monthly coaching sessions. Utilize the sales management system designed for the mobile mortgage channel to achieve sales goals. Qualifications Highly motivated, selfstarter with exceptional sales skills. Independent professional who thrives in a fastpaced, competitive environment. Excellent interpersonal, communication, customerservice, networking and relationshipmanagement skills. Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication. Postsecondary education (preferred).
