This Centre will focus on translational medicine in a patientfriendly environment. The Clinical Research Study Assistant (CRSA) will provide customer service, helping coordinate activities among study personnel and subjects, booking appointments, ordering studyspecific supplies, handling administrative functions for patient reimbursements, attending team meetings and huddles, and may assist with transport of study specimens and medications. The CRSA applies fundamental knowledge of research principles, theories and concepts; research regulations and guidelines, such as ICH/GCP, TriCouncil Policy, Declaration of Helsinki and FDA CFR, Health Canada TPD; and medical terminology.
