Key Responsibilities Meet and exceed individual digital revenue targets across video, display and audio, and contribute to the overall revenue success of Bell Media. Support the development of spend growth through Direct and Programmatic sales channels across Bell Medias owned and operated properties. Leverage knowledge of Bell Media digital offerings, datadriven insights, and understanding of client KPIs to problemsolve together and cocreate valuable solutions. Act as the digital sales lead for Bell Media within the determined territory, driving towards incremental revenue over and above contractually agreed spends and gaining market share. Identify, develop and maintain relevant agency/client/partner contacts to build an effective sales infrastructure. Provide quality service, with a focus on topofmind awareness and retention, through regular, relevant and systemic contact with all current and potential customers. Consistently monitor deals, performance, troubleshoot setup/delivery issues and offer recommendations for improvement. Be the clients advocate internally and collaborate with crossfunctional and crossplatform teams. Help manage, track and report weekly on all activities, sales pipeline and results. Critical Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Commerce, Media, Technology or other related field. 35+ years experience in digital media sales/digital media buying environments. Strong knowledge of the digital ad ecosystem, programmatic, inventory waterfall and ad monetization. Demonstrated ability and hunger to achieve revenue targets in a fastpaced and changing environment, while working independently and as part of a team. Proven track record of crossfunctional collaboration among teams. Excellent organizational, relationshipbuilding and communication (written and verbal) skills. Adequate knowledge of French required for positions in Quebec.
