Responsibilities Prepare and process daily night audit procedures and system back-ups. Audit, balance, and report on all cash, credit, and charge transactions, including deposits, over/short figures, postings, and house charges. Review and reconcile front desk accounts, including room charges, folios, taxes, adjustments, and disputed charges. Ensure discrepancies are identified and reported to the Director of Finance promptly. Input statistical data and income journal entries for the preparation of daily financial reports. Balance and close all bank ticket codes daily. Provide overnight guest services, including check-in/check-out, wake-up calls, and concierge assistance. Perform duties as needed in the absence of Bell, Door, or Valet services. Maintain a calm and professional presence in emergency situations; be knowledgeable of all front office and emergency procedures. Ensure guest safety and comfort throughout the overnight hours. Support the overall success of the Front Office team with any other tasks as assigned. Qualifications Previous Front Office or Night Audit experience in a luxury hotel setting is a strong asset Service-focused personality with excellent problem-solving skills High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera) is an asset Flexible availability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr
