Position Overview We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Part-time associate to join our Village Juicery Retail Store. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for health and wellness, with a strong interest in organic plant-based nutrition. If you have experience in sales or customer service and enjoy creating meaningful connections with customers, this is a great opportunity to become part of an innovative and growing brand. Key Responsibilities Build respectful connections with customers, offering exceptional service. Provide product knowledge, including the benefits of organic plant-based nutrition, and sample delicious juice offerings to customers. Collaborate with store management to meet sales targets and store goals. Assist with the light preparation of food and beverages. Perform daily tasks, including maintaining the store's cleanliness, processing payments, and completing opening and closing procedures. Qualifications Experience in customer service or retail settings. A passion for educating others about nutrition and wellness. Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to customer service. Enthusiasm for 100% organic, plant-based nutrition. Reliable and outgoing, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment. Availability to work evenings and weekends (20+ hours per week preferred).
