Responsibilities Work with a team of professionals who assist businesses in specific industry sectors with a wide range of accounting, audit, regulatory and advisory services. Lead and execute client engagements under varying reporting frameworks across different industries and sectors. Develop solutions with clients and coworkers through collaborative debate and discussion. Plan and lead teams to ensure that client expectations are exceeded and that engagement profitability is maximized. Supervise and mentor an accounting team, including the review of files and the coaching and performance management process. Analyze and review corporate and personal income tax returns, NTRs and reviews. Qualifications CPA, CGA or CMA designation is required. At least 10 years experience in public accounting or related industry. Superior technical expertise in both accounting and tax. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Strong management skills, especially in scheduling, organizing, supervising and multiteam managing. Selfmotivated, resultsoriented, multitasker who works independently and collaboratively.
