What Youll Do Here Manage the civil/structural constructability reviews of the ONxpress design packages with in close collaboration with the Construction team. Coordination and allocation of submittals, RFIs and other design documents to design team, other ONxpress teams and client. Identify, monitor, mitigate, and escalate issues that can potentially put the success of the project at risk. Chair regular coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and construction teams to ensure alignment across stakeholders. Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, action items, and follow-ups to ensure accountability and progress tracking. Maintain organized project files and documentation, including tracking design changes, approvals, and version control. Monitor design deliverables against schedule and escalate delays or risks to the Design Manager. Identify any opportunities for advanced works based on third party projects and opportunities and highlight to Design Manager to put a plan together for construction planning. Work closely with Integrated Digital Delivery team to enhance the digital processes related to ONxpress scope for estimating and construction activities. Maintain a good collaborative environment between the construction and the design team helping to resolve any issues raised by the construction team. Perform constructability reviews of the ONxpress design packages focusing also with the interface enabling projects. Ensure the project is progressing by completing, assigning, and monitor day-to-day tasks and providing updates to management. Work with a multidisciplinary team comprised of employees, delivery partner, consultants, and contractors to deliver high-quality product and service, and oversees the day-to-day delivery of project team members involved in the coordination and administration of project elements. Assist the Design Manager with daily tasks. What Youll Bring to the Team University or College Degree in civil engineering or a related discipline. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in design coordination. Minimum 4 years of experience in construction environment. Proven experience in civil works and structural project delivery is required; and experience in delivery of projects in other transportation service sectors (rail & transit, aviation and ports) is a strong asset. Strong organization and communication skills. Licensed Professional Engineer or PMP certification is an asset. We are an Equal Employer.
