Overview SAP SuccessFactors Mexico EC-Employee Central Lead role at Addmore Group. Location: Canada or Mexico based. Largely remote delivery with some travel possible. Start: Jan 2026. End: Dec 2026. Duration: 12 months. Works hours: MT. Responsibilities Lead SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) implementation projects, with a focus on Mexico country localization requirements. Perform assessment, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and conduct client-facing workshops. Act as Solution Lead for the project, guiding design, configuration, and delivery within the SF-Solution. Coordinate migration from SAP ECC to SAP SuccessFactors. Communicate effectively with stakeholders; Spanish language skills are a plus.
