Donor Development Officer, Mid-Level GivingAt STARS, we come to work every day with a purpose to save lives. We are a lifeline to the community when time and clinical expertise can make all the difference.We are currently looking for a Donor Development Officer, Mid-Level Giving to be located at our Calgary base in the Foundation department.Key Responsibilities: Build and enhance the Mid-Level Giving Program, including segmentation strategies, donor journeys, and stewardship calendarsDevelop a framework for identifying, cultivating, soliciting and stewarding mid-level donors through both one-to-one and one-to-many communicationsManage a portfolio of mid-level donors with a focus on relationship-building, retention and gift growthWork collaboratively with colleagues across annual giving, donor relations, stewardship and communications teams to ensure consistency in messaging and a cohesive donor experienceMaintain accurate and up-to-date donor records in our CRM (Raiser's Edge), leveraging reports and dashboards to track donor engagement, portfolio performance and trendsQualifications & Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of fundraising experience in fundraising, donor relations, or a related field ideally within annual or mid-level programDemonstrated success in building and managing donor relationships and achieving revenue or engagement goalsExperience developing donor journeys, segmentation strategies and personalized communicationsStrong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to create compelling and authentic messagingWhat we offer: At STARS, every day we come to work with a purpose, to save lives.
