This role is part of Lenovos Global Future Leaders Program which engages highachieving, driven students by immersing them into the world of a global technology powerhouse. In your first three years, as a GFL, you will participate in a crossborder/crossorganization rotation to engage with key stakeholders, gain deep insight into our organization, and develop comprehensive leadership skills while making a global impact. Our goal is to fasttrack you to leadership by year five. SOP Program Highlights 12-month rotational program with exposure to both sales and consultative transformation roles Training on Lenovos portfolio, customer engagement, solutionselling, and strategic planning Direct collaboration with Lenovo and customer CTOs, senior sales leaders, and account executives Development of strategy execution skills, turning customer vision into actionable outcomes Opportunity to showcase innovative thinking and bring a fresh perspective to customer challenges Strategic project work supporting the Global Strategy Office, contributing to initiatives that drive business outcomes Global exposure and mentorship from senior leaders across geographies SOP Key Responsibilities Support Global Accounts sellers in building and executing account strategies Develop and present account plans that align with customer objectives and Lenovos portfolio Work crossfunctionally to solution Lenovos offerings and deliver transformation outcomes Engage with customers at multiple levels, including executive (Clevel) engagement Translate business strategies into clear, actionable initiatives with measurable impact Partner with the Global Strategy Office on key initiatives and projects, supporting Lenovos longterm vision Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer success and growth SOP Qualifications Recent bachelors or masters degree in business, technology, MBA or related field (Grad year 20242026) Previous experience (internships, coops, or Global Accounts exposure preferred) Strong interest in sales, strategy, and customer engagement with a consultative mindset Understanding core AI concepts and how they apply to business strategy, customer outcomes, and consultative transformation initiatives.
