Requirements Previous managerial / CNM experience preferred but open to Staff Nurses looking to take on this opportunity and challenge. RNID preferred but can also accept RGN/RPNs depending on experience. Must be registered with NMBI. Must be living and eligible to work in Ireland. Details of Role Temporary contract (68 months). Working hours: 9am5pm or 8am4pm Monday to Friday and every second Sunday. Responsible for leading and managing a nursing and HCA team, ensuring quality of care and support for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Responsible for clinical practice, staff development, and managing resources to deliver a personcentered approach to care. Responsible for coordinating and managing the care planning process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and review of care plans for individuals with intellectual disabilities.
