Were looking for a People & Culture Coordinator whos passionate about supporting and empowering our most valuable resource our people. Youre a proactive, detail-oriented HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and takes pride in delivering excellence across all areas of HR. What Youll Do Support total rewards including payroll, commissions, and benefits administration. Partner on recruitment and onboarding, ensuring an exceptional candidate and employee experience. Lead engagement and culture initiatives recognition, surveys, events, and communications. Support policy, compliance, and health & safety processes. Coordinate performance management, training, and talent development programs. What You Bring 1+ years of HR experience and a degree in Business, HR, or related field (CHRP in progress a plus). Exposure to end-to-end HR functions, including payroll, benefits, recruitment, and employee relations. Skilled at assessing peoples strengths, potential, and fit balancing intuition with objective insight. Fanatical attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
