Overview Position: OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate Walmart Canada. The role involves picking, packing and dispensing online orders with high quality standards and safety/food hygiene compliance to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty. What You'll Do Efficiently pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with care and quality to achieve on-time delivery to customers. Pack orders with attention to detail including distinguishing between similarly named products, exact quantity, and correct product codes. Ensure picked products are of the highest quality (no damaged products, freshest product selection). Correctly document and label all orders through interpretation of pick slips, packaging details, shipping labels, etc. Optimize tote fill by packing orders in a space-efficient manner while maintaining product quality standards. Balance fulfillment duties with customer interaction and provide service to resolve issues. Maintain strict adherence to safety and food hygiene standards, keep a clean work area, promptly clean spills and debris, ensure totes are clean and debris-free before packing; operate material handling equipment safely with pre-use safety checks; demonstrate behaviors aligned with the organizations mission and core values. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting changes to procedures, productivity standards, safety, and quality; adapt to changing assignments based on customer requests and delivery schedules.
