We're looking for a Sustaining Capital Projects Manager to lead the planning and execution of capital projects across our Hotels and Nordic Spa divisions. This role plays a key part in shaping and managing our CAPEX portfolio, ensuring every project aligns with our corporate strategy, meets operational goals, and exceeds expectations. Key Responsibilities Strategic CAPEX Planning: Build and manage CAPEX budgets and long-term (5-year) strategic plans for infrastructure, equipment, and facilities. Project Portfolio & Execution: Scope, cost, and schedule capital projects in partnership with key stakeholders; oversee full project lifecyclefrom design to completionwithin budget and timelines. Systems & KPI Management: Champion the use of Transcendent (Hotels) and Limble (Spas) maintenance software; map property-level approved capital projects into system workflows and manage work orders; establish and manage KPI reporting to support project transparency and performance. Communication & Reporting: Maintain regular communication with all project stakeholders; provide critical path planning, monthly progress updates, and risk escalation as needed; prepare formal reports and presentations for leadership. Budget & Controls: Define and manage project budgets, schedules, and change orders; implement financial controls and oversee invoice review and approval. Contractor & Partner Oversight: Lead contractor selection and management using a quality- and value-based approach; collaborate with Construction team and external partners, ensuring project alignment and compliance.
